The present invention relates to a solidified agent for a deep mixing method on the sea, and more specifically, to a solidified agent for a deep mixing method on the sea, wherein the solidified agent can express improved bonding strength by potential curing performance of slag powder by using blast furnace slag powder as a main raw material and complexly using waste calcium hydroxide and petroleum coke desulfurized gypsum which are byproducts from a desulfurization process in a steel mill as a stimulant. To solve the technical problems, solidified agent for a deep mixing method on the sea according to the present invention includes 5 to 60 parts by weight of calcium hydroxide which is byproduct from a desulfurization process in a steel mill and 5 to 60 parts by weight of petroleum coke desulfurized gypsum relative to 100 parts by weight of blast furnace slag powder.
