简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a dielectric ceramic composition having good characteristics, especially good IR characteristics and high-temperature load life even under high electric field intensity. SOLUTION : There is provided a dielectric ceramic composition comprising a main component composed of a perovskite compound represented by the compositional formula (Ba1-x-ySrxCay)m(Ti1-ZZrZ)O3) (wherein, all of the m, x, y and z represent a molar ratio and satisfy 0.9≤m≤1.1, 0≤x≤0.5, 0≤y≤0.3, 0≤(x+y)≤0.6 and 0.03≤z≤0.3) and a first sub-component composed of an oxide of a rare earth element R, wherein the dielectric ceramic composition comprises dielectric particles and a grain boundary, the dielectric particles contain all solid solution particles in which a rare earth element and Zr are solid-solved in the entire dielectric particles and when the concentration of the Ti atom in the dielectric ceramic composition is defined as 100 atm%, the concentration of a rare earth element R is defined as Ra and when the concentration of the Ti atom in all solid solution particles is defined as 100 atm%, the average concentration of Zr is defined as Zb and the average concentration of the rare earth element R is defined as Rb, the expressions, 0.82<(Rb/Ra) and 0.6<(Rb/Zb)<1.0 are satisfied.
