简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a production method of a magnet alloy powder capable of suppressing a coercive force from degrading in room temperature after heating, even when exposed to a high temperature in the production process of a bond magnet or during use as the bond magnet.SOLUTION : A production method of a magnet alloy powder according to the present invention is a method for producing a magnet alloy powder by pulverizing an iron-based magnet alloy powder containing a rare earth element in an organic solvent containing phosphoric acid, and when pulverizing the iron-based magnet alloy powder, the pH of the organic solvent containing phosphoric acid is set to 1.5 or higher and 8.0 or lower, a concentration of phosphoric acid in the organic solvent is set to 0.1% by volume or higher and 20% by volume or lower, and a phosphorus alkoxide is added in the range of 0.001 mol/L or higher and 10 mol/L or lower as a concentration in the organic solvent.SELECTED DRAWING : None
