PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a mixer capable of adjusting the residence time of soil and reducing treatment costs for soil.
SOLUTION : A mixer comprises : a container 2 having an inlet 2b arranged at one end 2a and an outlet 2d arranged at the other end 2c; a plurality of rotation shafts 3 and 3 arranged in parallel in the container 2; a plurality of paddles 4 arranged on the rotation shafts 3 and 3; and paddle blades 5 attached to the paddles 4. Soil charged into the inlet 2b of the container 2 is stirred by the paddle blades 5 by driving rotatively the rotation shafts 3 and 3 and transferred, at the same time, to the outlet 2d and discharged. Delay means 7 of delaying the transfer of the soil is arranged on the rotation shafts 3 and 3.
