The present invention relates to a method for processing a leather glove and a leather glove thereby and, more particularly, to a leather glove having good wearability and high quality by treating leather on which tanning is completed with an emulsifier having a surfactant component, endowing the leather with an oil and fat component and high flexibility, and enabling the leather to emit a fragrance. The method for processing a leather glove of the present invention includes : a step of preparing the leather through a pretreatment process for removing hair, fat and soluble protein from raw leather and forming naked leather, and through tanning the naked leather; a step of manufacturing treatment water by uniformly mixing 15-20 wt% of the emulsifier having a surfactant component containing a perfume and 75-80 wt% of water; a step of dipping the tanned leather in the treatment water containing the emulsifier and softening the leather for 30-40 minutes while maintaining a temperature of 38-42° C; a step of taking out the softened leather from the treatment water and naturally drying the softened leather in the shade for 5-8 hours; and a step of cutting and sewing the dried leather, and completing the leather glove.(AA) Raw leather(BB) Pretreatment(CC) Tanning(DD) Mixing(EE) Water, emulsifier, and fragrance(FF) Softening(GG) Drying(HH) Cutting(II) Sewing(JJ) CompletingCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2014 |
