PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a permanent magnet capable of preventing α-Fe from being generated in the permanent magnet, and to provide a method for manufacturing the permanent magnet.SOLUTION : A coarsely pulverized magnetic powder is conveyed to a jet mill pulverizing classification system 32 to classify particles of grain size in a predetermined range (e.g. 0.1-5.0 μm) and recycle the magnetic powder, an organic metal compound solution doped with an organic metal compound expressed by M-(OR)(wherein M contains at least one kind from among rare-earth elements Nd, Pr, Dy and Tb, R is one of 2-6C alkyl groups and may be a straight chain or a branched chain, and x is an arbitrary integer) is added to the recycled magnetic powder, the organic metal compound is uniformly deposited to the surface of particles of the magnet, and magnetic powder is molded and sintered, thereby a permanent magnet is manufactured. |
