The rear earth element is selected from a group consisting of lanthanum(La), cerium(Ce), praseodymium(Pr), neodymium(Nd), promethium(Pm), samarium(Sm), europium(Eu), gadolinium(Gd), terbium(Tb), dysprosium(Dy), holmium(Ho), erbium(Er), thulium(Tm), ytterbium(Yb), lutetium(Lu), scandium(Sc), yttrium(Y) and a mixture thereof as an active ingredient. The composition is used as tablet, hard or soft capsule, granule, chewing gad, pilule, powder, elixir, suspension agent, emulsion, solution, syrup, aerosol, sachet, sterilization injection solution, or sterilization powder. |
