The present invention relates to a gel detergent for cleaning a coffee machine formed in 100 wt% by mixing 55 wt% of a surfactant and 45 wt% of an additive for forming a gel, wherein the surfactant is formed by mixing 81.8 wt% of an anion higher alcohol, 7.3 wt% of betaine and 10.9 wt% of nonionic fatty acid, and the additive for forming a gel forms a detergent for cleaning a coffee machine in a gel state by mixing a citric acid, a viscosity agent and a chelating agent at a mixing ratio of 2 : 2 : 1 or 2 : 6 : 1. Accordingly, the gel detergent for cleaning a coffee machine exhibits excellent water solubility, is easily put into a coffee machine, is able to accomplish cleaning efficiency by easily controlling the amount of the gel detergent for obtaining a desired detergency since the gel detergent is not easily discharged from a machine when the gel detergent is not dissolved in water after input, prevents coffee from being in contact with residual detergents since the residual rate of the detergent is markedly low after cleaning and is able to prevent the corrosion of the machine since the gel detergent is neutral.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014 |
