PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte used for a battery capable of suppressing deterioration of a discharging capacity at a high temperature placement and excellent in a discharging capacity at a low temperature charging, and to provide a nonaqueous secondary battery provided with the nonaqueous electrolyte.SOLUTION : The nonaqueous electrolyte contains a vinyl boron acid compound as expressed in a general formula (1). In the formula (1), R-Rare an alkyl group of a carbon number 1 to 5, and can be the same or different. When a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is manufactured by using this nonaqueous electrolyte, a fall of a discharging capacity after a charge/discharge cycle life testing is small and moreover a discharging capacity at a low temperature charging/discharging is excellent. |
