简介 The invention relates to a lithium-nickel-cobalt-manganese oxide composite material particle, which comprises an anode active material particle and an aluminum phosphate layer coated on the surface of the anode active material particle, wherein the material of the anode active material particle is shown by a chemical formula : Li xNiaCobMncMdO2, wherein x is not less than 0.1 but is not greater than 1.1, a is greater than 0 but is less than 1, b is greater than 0 but is less than 1, c is greater than 0 but is less than 1, d is not less than 0 but is not greater than 0.2, a+b+c+d is equal to 1, and M is selected from one or several of alkali metal elements, alkaline-earth metal elements, XIII-family elements, XIV-family elements, transition-family elements and rare-earth elements. The invention also relates to a preparation method for the lithium-nickel-cobalt-manganese oxide composite material particle and a lithium ion battery.
