PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a light-emitting element which achieves high-luminance light emission and which can be driven by a low voltage; and provide a light-emitting device or an electronic apparatus of reduced power consumption.
SOLUTION : A light-emitting element comprises : n-layers (n is a natural number of more than 1) of EL layers between an anode and a cathode; a first layer which includes alkali metal, alkali earth metal, rare-earth metal, alkali metal compound, and either of an alkali earth metal compound or a rare-earth metal compound, a second layer which contacts the first layer and includes a substance having a high electron transport property, and a region which contacts the second layer and includes a substance having a high hole transport property and a substance having an acceptor property, which are arranged between the m-th (m is a natural number, 1≤m≤n-1) EL layer and the (m+1)-th EL layer from the anode side. And provided are a light-emitting device and an electronic apparatus, which use the above-described light-emitting element.
