PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a compressor that still has demagnetization resistance even when reducing an amount of DY (dysprosium) contained in rare earth magnet used in an electric motor, and can prevent increase of loss in an inverter main circuit for driving the electric motor.
SOLUTION : A compressor comprises : a compression component for compressing a refrigerant; a six-pole motor for driving the compression component, and comprising a rotor using neodymium rare earth magnet including iron, neodymium, boron, and dysprosium of 4 wt.% or less.
