PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a dielectric composition, and a laminated ceramic electronic component using the same.
SOLUTION : Provided is a dielectric composition including dielectric grains 10 with a perovskite structure expressed by ABO3, and in which, when a virtual straight line is drawn from the center of the dielectric grains to the b direction of a grain boundary, the content of rare earth elements in a region equivalent to 0.75 to 0.95 from the center c of the dielectric grains is 0.5 to 2.5 at% to 100 at% of ions occupying the B site. The laminated ceramic electronic component using the dielectric composition has excellent reliability, and also, has an effect of capable of securing a high dielectric constant.
