Guminovo -mineral reagent according to Claim 1, characterized in that total quantitative composition of humic acids and/or their salts is not more than 75%, and total quantitative composition of mineral component from of iron oxide, sodium oxide, magnesium oxide, aluminium oxide, calcium oxide is not less than 25%.3. Method of producing guminovo -mineral reagent, consists in, that the raw material is mixed with solution of hydro ksida , extraction of humic substances, is filtered obtained solution and treated with acid, and then separated and sediment is washed, characterized in that as hydro ksida is used hydro ksidy alkali or alkali-earth metals, extraction of humic substances is carried out at temperature 165-220 掳 with and pressure 1.8-2.5 MRa with simultaneous supply of air with the flow rate not more than 5 litres per minute on 10 kg of raw material during not more than 3 hours. 4.
