A holder, for a media device such as tablet computer etc, comprises a body 100 having two interconnecting support elements 103 and 104 that provide a main structure of the body 100 and run between the two opposing body sides 107. A re-entrant portion, e.g. gap or groove 108, of the body 100 acts as a guide to locate a media device base 401 or media device side 402. The body 100 may be shaped to facilitate the removal of a crown cap bottle top or to facilitate a secure fastening of the holder to another item. Plastics, e.g. polyurethane, which may be rubber coated is used to manufacture the holder. The body 100 may be such so as to reduce vibrations passing from a surface to the media device and it may be configured to prevent interaction of the body 100 with an operational button and/or switch and/or speaker of a media device. |
