PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a magnet fixing jig, a rare earth magnet cutting processing device, and a cutting processing method of a rare earth magnet by which a magnet can be easily fixed, side slip or the like of a workpiece being processed can be prevented, and highly accurate cutting can be performed at high speed.
SOLUTION : A magnet fixing jig 1 comprises : a base part 10; a first holding part 11 provided for one end side of a rare earth magnet m; and a second holding part 12 provided for the other end side. Grooves 10a are formed on an upper end part of the base part 10 and slits 11a, 12a are formed on upper parts of the first and second holding parts 11, 12 into comb shapes, by which guide gaps into which a cutting tool can enter are formed, and the upper parts of the first and second holding parts 11, 12 are formed in a hook shape whose tip parts face inward. By bringing the tip parts of the hook-shaped parts into contact with an upper part of the rare earth magnet mounted on the base part and pressing lower parts of the first and second holding parts inward, the hook-shaped parts press the rare earth magnet in which one tip part presses the rare earth magnet m at a position higher than the other tip part, and fix it on the base part.
