The present invention relates to a lactic acid bacterial preparation containing red beet and garcinia cambogia having high iron content and a natural anthocyanin pigment, and a method for producing the same. The method comprises the steps of : (a) washing red beet and selecting ingredients; (b) drying and crushing the red beet ingredients; (c) mixing red beet powder with lactic acid bacteria and garcinia cambogia; (d) kneading the mixed ingredient; and (e) producing a granule preparation.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019 |
