PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an edge member for a flower bed in which the creation of a flower bed can be easily performed, further, an excavation effect for a weed, lawn or the like can be sufficiently obtained, and the intrusion of a weed, lawn or the like can be effectively prevented, and an edge part for a flower bed using the edge member for a flower bed.
SOLUTION : The edge member for a flower bed includes : a pair of planar members arranged so as to be confronted with each other; and a plurality of connection members integrated to the burying direction, dividing a space formed between a pair of the planar members into a plurality of regions in which at least one edge is opened, and further mutually connecting a pair of the planar members each other. By press-fitting the edge member for a flower bed into the ground at the opening part, soil is engaged into a plurality of regions divided by the planar members and the connection members while being compressed, and the edge member is held in an erected state in the above region by the compressed soil and the circumferential soil.
