The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cell-spreading device provided with a microchamber chip, said microchamber chip being mass-producible using a mold, wherein, when rare cells are to be detected from a cell suspension that contains a large amount of various kinds of cells such as blood, the cells can be collected at a high yield from the cell suspension having been spread on the surface of the microchamber chip. The cell-spreading device (10) at least comprises : a microchamber chip (1) that is provided with, on the surface thereof, microchambers (6) for retaining cells; a channel-forming frame (2) that is united with the microchamber chip (1) so that a channel (5) is formed on the microchambers (6); and an inlet (3) and an outlet (4) that are formed in the channel-forming frame (2) to allow a cell suspension to flow in the channel (5) and flow out thereof. The void ratio of the microchamber chip (1) is not greater than 5%, said void ratio being the ratio of voids (40) to the longitudinal width (20) of the microchamber chip (1). |
