The present invention relates to a sample preprocessing method for content analysis of rare earth elements used for an engine catalyst, more particularly to a sample preprocessing method for rare earth elements within a catalyst when using an inductively-coupled plasma spectrometer, especially, for an accurate content analysis of Pr. Therefore, the present invention as a sample preprocessing method for content analysis of rare earth elements contained in a catalyst is provided by including : a step of drying a catalyst sample; a step of dividing the dried sample into three and cutting; a step of crushing the cut sample; a step of grinding the crushed sample; a step of retrieving the ground sample by accurately measuring the sample; and a step of injecting the retrieved sample into a mixed acid and dissolving by irradiating the sample with microwave.[Reference numerals] (AA) Drying for one hour at 550 to 560°C; (BB) Measuring the sample to have three digits after the decimal point; (CC) Cutting the sample (into three); (DD) Crushing the sample; (EE) Grinding of the sample; (FF) Retrieving the sample to have four digits after the decimal point; (GG) Complete dissolveCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2014 |
