The present invention relates to a composition for treating or preventing interstitial cystitis which contains an extract of a herbal mixture including cornus fruit, Reynoutria japonica, Rubus coreanus fruit, lonicer aflower, cuscuta seeds, Curcuma Longa, and lindera roots. The extract of the herbal mixture relieves the inflammation and pain in cystitis, and is capable of being used as an excellent interstitial cystitis remedy. [Reference numerals] (AA) (First step) step of producing a herbal mixture by mixing 100 wt% of cornus fruit, 50-200 wt% of reynoutria japonica, 50-200 wt% of rubus coreanus fruit, 50-200 wt% of lonicer aflower, 20-80 wt% of cuscuta seeds, 20-80 wt% of curcuma longa, and 20-80 wt% of lindera roots; (BB) (Second step) step of mixing the 2-10 times extraction solvent of the total weight of the herbal mixture in the herbal mixture of the first step and extracting it at 70-100°C for 1-10 hours; (CC) (Third step) step of removing solids contents of the extract in the second step and collecting filtrate |
