Method of producing diborides of rare-earth elements, including molding of the initial blank in the form of stoichiometric mounting powder metal hydride and boron with further annealing in argon medium, characterized in that production of diborides of rare-earth elements is carried out in two stages : on the first is performed preliminary synthesis at temperature of 1200° with for 6 hours, on the second-is added hydride RHsoglasno scheme : rh + rb → rb + BH , followed by annealing in argon medium at normal atmospheric pressure at the temperature of 1200° with for 2.5 hours. |
