PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To improve the characteristics of a magnetic material without using a heavy rare earth element that is a rare resource.SOLUTION : In a sintered magnet composed of a high saturation magnetization phase (main phase 1) having a saturation magnetic flux density of 1.6-2.7 T at 20°C and containing an Fe-based alloy, a high anisotropy phase (diffusion phase 2) having crystal magnetic anisotropic energy of 0.5-20 MJ/m3 and containing a rare earth element, and a grain boundary phase 3 containing fluorine, when representing the high saturation magnetization phase and the high anisotropy crystal structure by c-axis and a-axis, the axial ratio c/a is larger or lower than 1.000.COPYRIGHT : (C)2014, JPO&INPIT |
