According to the method, the surface of the neodymium iron boron annular magnet is coated with heavy rare earth elements, permeation treatment is performed, the heavy rare earth elements can permeate the crystal boundary of the neodymium iron boron annular magnet, the intrinsic coercive force of the radiation orientation or multi-pole orientation neodymium iron boron annular magnet is improved, the neodymium iron boron annular magnet is not likely to be demagnetized under the high temperature, and the high temperature resistance of the radiation orientation or multi-pole orientation neodymium iron boron annular magnet is improved.
