SOLUTION : According to the present invention, there is provided a positive electrode material 1 for a lithium secondary battery which contains a positive electrode active material 2 and a dielectric substance 4. The dielectric substance 4 is a complex oxide and has a relative permeability of 10-500, the complex oxide being represented by the following general formula (I) : AmBnOδ (where, m, n each represent a real number satisfying 1.01≤(m/n)≤1.6, δ represents a value defined so as to satisfy a charge neutral condition, A represents one or two or more elements selected from alkali metal elements, alkaline earth metal elements, rare earth elements, Cu, Pb and Bi, and B represents one or two or more elements selected from transition metal elements and Sn.).
