简介 PURPOSE : An R-Fe-B-based sintered magnet having enhanced coercivity is provided to uniformly diffuse rare-earth elements inside grains and have a minute structure in which the grain is isolated. CONSTITUTION : When using Dy coating raw material powder, the coercivity is 27 kOe, in the instance of 2.5 wt% of the coating raw material powder, the coercivity is 31.2 kOe, increased by about 16%, the residual magnetic flux density is maintained at 1.21 T, whereby Dy which is a heavy rare-earth element surrounds grains, and the coercivity of a sintered magnet is increased by applying an exchange spring effect between the grains.
