The present invention provides polyisoprene, a manufacturing method for the polyisoprene, polyisoprene rubber compounds manufactured with the polyisoprene, and polyisoprene vulcanizate manufactured with the polyisoprene. The manufacturing method for the polyisoprene of the present invention comprises : a step of obtaining polyisoprene having the bimodal distribution of molecular weight by performing the polymerization reaction of isoprene in a first organic solvent under the presence of a rare earth catalyst I and a rare earth catalyst II. In the polymerization reaction, the peak molecular weight of high molecular weight component fraction of the polyisoprene is 1 x 10 6 to 2 x 10 6, the peak molecular weight of the low molecular weight component fraction is 2 x 10 5 to 4 x 10 5, and the weight ratio of the high molecular weight component fraction and the low molecular weight component fraction is 1-25 : 1. The distribution of molecular weight of the polyisoprene obtained by the method according to the present invention is bimodal distribution. Accordingly, the polyisoprene is exhibits the workability of low molecular weight polyisoprene and the mechanical properties of the high molecular weight polyisoprene.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014 |
