简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a characteristics control method of a rare earth-based superconductive wire in which the internal strain and twin crystal of a rare earth-based superconductive wire can be controlled. SOLUTION : Oxygen annealing is carried out in a state where a tensile stress or a compressive stress is applied to the rare earth-based superconductive layer of a rare earth-based superconductive wire 11 by winding the rare earth-based superconductive wire 11 around a rod 1 and then bending the same. Alternatively, the rare earth-based superconductive wire 11 may be heat treated while being pulled. Preferably, the rare earth-based superconductive wire 11 is a tape wire whose rare earth-based superconductive layer consists of an RE123 superconductor. COPYRIGHT : (C)2014, JPO&INPIT
