简介 The present invention relates to a condenser tube for a heat exchanger with the improved pressure resistance and a manufacturing method thereof and provides a condenser tube for a heat exchanger with the improved pressure resistance and a manufacturing method thereof that makes the total amount of the added alloy elements to be 0.6 wt% or less by selecting at least two materials of an alloy element group consisting of 0.05 to 0.5 wt% of iron (Fe), 0.1 to 0.5 wt% of zirconium (Zr), 0.01 to 0.5 wt% of misch metal (MM), 0.01 to 0.2 wt% of scandium (Sc), and 0.001 to 0.01 wt% of yttrium (Y), forms an aluminum alloy by melting and alloying pure aluminum by using the remainder of the materials, molds the aluminum alloy into a casting bar, forms an alloy rod by molding the casting bar into a rod by multiple-rolling the casing bar into the cross section surface with the constant size, and then forms a condenser tube by conform-extruding the alloy rod at a temperature of 350°C to 450°C by heating the mold with a mold preheater. Therefore, the present invention manufactures a condenser tube which has remarkably improved pressure resistance and more competitive thermal conductivity than the prior product and can make the condenser tube for a heat exchanger more thinner, more smaller, and more efficient.
