The protective layer 20 contains R, T and Al, and the magnet element 10 and the protective layer 20 each contain Fe as T. Content of Rin the protective layer 20 is 31-40 atom% for the total amount of R, T and Al in the protective layer 20, content of T in the protective layer 20 is 35-64 atom% for the total amount of R, T and Al in the protective layer 20, and content of Al in the protective layer 20 is 5-25 atom% for the total amount of R, T and Al in the protective layer 20. |
