PURPOSE : A silica sand-molded product is provided to maintain sufficient strength in a coal heat reduction furnace, by including a synthetic soil component, a liquid crystal adhesive, and silica sand. CONSTITUTION : A silica sand-molded product comprises 3-6wt% of synthetic soil component, 20-45wt% of liquid adhesive, and 0.03-0.7mm of silica sand of a residual component. The liquid adhesive is a mixture of starch powder and water. A manufacturing method of the silica sand-molded product comprises a step of mixing the synthetic soil component, liquid adhesive, and silica sand; a step of pressurizing the mixture to reduce pores and to improve density; a step of manufacturing a mass structure with a constant size, from the mixture; a step of drying the mass structure; and a step of heat-treating the molded product in a furnace.
