The unit (1) has a multi-part housing (2) provided with a connection unit (6) for retaining a disposable cleaning nozzle unit and made of re-sterilizable material. An electromotor unit cooperates with a drive mechanic unit. Another connection unit (9) is provided in the unit for connection of an external electrical power supply. A control unit is provided in the housing and operates the electromotor unit in two different power levels and two operating modes such as an interval operating mode and continuous operating mode. A drive element comprises a drive pin. |
