PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a dielectric material porcelain component in which temperature property of capacitance satisfies X8R property of EIA specification (-55°C to 150°C, ΔC=within ±15%), insulation resistance is high even at temperatures near 150°C, and reliability such as an accelerated life is excellent, and to provide a laminated ceramic capacitor using the dielectric material porcelain component.
SOLUTION : A dielectric material porcelain component contains barium titanate as a main component and at least three rare earth elements including Eu, wherein : the first rare earth element R1 is at least one selected from Sc, Er, Tm, Yb, and Lu; and the second rare earth element R2 is at least one selected from Y, Dy, Ho, Tb, and Gd.
