The present invention relates to an abutment using drilling jigs for an artificial teeth finishing machine (1) which includes at least XYZ shafts and a rotary (A) shaft (3) connected to a tilting (B) shaft (2). The abutment using drilling jigs for an artificial teeth finishing machine comprises : a rotary plate (10) which is equipped with one or more fixing grooves (15) in the upper part and which includes a connection groove (11) at one end in order to rotate a material (5) by interlocking with the rotary shaft (3); a fixing plate (20) which includes unity grooves (21) in order to be interlocked and united with the fixing grooves (15) in the upper part of the rotary plate and includes insertion grooves (25) which insert and settle one or more of the materials (5); and fixing tools (30) which is equipped to be connected to the insertion grooves (25) in the upper part of the fixing plate (20), and which compresses the materials (5) to fix. Therefore the present invention can drastically shorten processing time by fixing a plurality of materials and omitting a replacement process and can maximize general processing efficiency by accurately manufacturing various shaped abutments by one work without a separate post-process.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014 |
