PURPOSE : A metal past manufacturing method for the inner electrode of a multi-layer ceramic capacitor is provided to manufacture the inner electrode in thin layers by using nano-glass containing a rare earth material and ceramic powder with a controlled particle diameter.CONSTITUTION : Metal powder and an organic vehicle are prepared(S10). Ceramic powder mixed with nano-glass containing a rare earth material is prepared(S20). A first mixture is manufactured by mixing 70-95 weight% of metal powder with 5-30 weight% of ceramic powder(S30). The second mixture is manufactured by mixing 50-70 weight% of the first mixture with 30-50 weight% of an organic vehicle(S40).
