PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for stably synthesizing, with improved efficiency, a synthetic polyisoprene capable of yielding a rubber composition and a tire that are excellent in durability (fracture resistance, abrasion resistance and crack growth resistance).
SOLUTION : A method for preparing a synthetic polyisoprene comprises polymerizing an isoprene monomer in the presence of a rare earth element compound represented by formula (i) : M-(NQ1)(NQ2)(NQ3) (wherein M is at least one chosen from lanthanoid, scandium and yttrium; and NQ1, NQ2 and NQ3 are identical to or different from each other and are each an amide group, provided that each has an M-N bond) and an additive D.
