PURPOSE : A processing method of fluorine-containing wastewater and a facility thereof are provided to drastically reduce fluorination cost by using a low price calcium based fluoridizing agent instead of an expensive rare earth fluoridizing agent and to reuse drain water and fluoridation at the same time.CONSTITUTION : A processing method of fluorine-containing wastewater comprises the following steps : materially removing calcium ion among effluent by passing fluorine-containing wastewater through cation exchange resins; and collecting processed water in which ion is removed by passing fluorine-containing wastewater in which calcium ion is removed through a reverse osmosis membrane and filtering remaining ion. The processing method additionally includes a fluorine processing step which injects fluoridizing agent into enriched water in which the remaining ion is filtered and concentrated and condenses fluorine among the enriched water.
