CONSTITUTION : A producing apparatus of an inner bedding material with Chamaecyparis obtuse powder comprises an opener (100), a storage tank (200), a first scutcher (300), a first transferring unit (400), a Chamaecyparis obtuse powder applying unit (500), a second scutcher (600), a second transferring unit (700), an overlapped cotton laminating unit (800), and a compressing roller unit. The opener comprises an accommodating unit, a raw cotton conveying roller unit, an open roller, and an air blast. The storage tank contains a storage unit and a supplying roller unit. The second transferring unit is composed of a first transfer track unit, and a second transfer track unit which are installed being separated. The first transfer track unit and the second transfer track unit are composed of a driven shaft, an inverted shaft, and a transferring board. The transferring board is composed to transfer the overlapped cottons inserted between the first transfer orbit part and the second transfer orbit part by rotation. |
