PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a computerized tomographic apparatus for preferentially reconstructing and displaying an image of a necessary region and reducing the waiting time before diagnosis.
SOLUTION : A computerized tomographic apparatus includes : an imaging section including an X-ray tube for exposing a subject to X rays and an X-ray detector for detecting X rays transmitted through the subject and scanning the subject to collect projection data; a real-time reconstruction section for reconstructing tomographic image data in real time based on the projection data collected by the imaging section; an image processing section for creating an MPR image on the basis of the image data reconstructed in real time; a main reconstruction section for reconstructing tomographic image data on a preferential reconstruction region set on the MPR image; and a display section for displaying the MPR image and the image reconstructed by the main reconstruction section.
