PURPOSE : A method for manufacturing a stainless steel is provided to improve a high temperature strength and a high temperature corrosion resistance, and to improve a yielding percentage of a rare earth.CONSTITUTION : A method for manufacturing a stainless steel comprises the following steps : the stainless steel is decarburized or deoxidized in a smelting furnace (S1); the stainless steel is processed in a ladle (S2); the stainless steel which goes through the ladle processing step is injected into a tundish, and a rare earth metal (REM) is added into the stainless steel (S3); and the stainless steel in which the REM is added is continuous-casted in the tundish by moving the stainless steel to a mold through a submerged nozzle (S4).[Reference numerals] (S1) Step of refining; (S2) Step of raddle processing; (S3) Step of adding a rare earth metal; (S4) Step of castingCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2013 |
