简介 PURPOSE : An oxide ceramic fluorescent material is suitable for manufacturing high output white LED illumination in comparison with conventional resin-coupled fluorescent material.CONSTITUTION : An oxide ceramic fluorescent material includes at least one polycrystalline ceramic sintered material selected from Y3Al5O12, Lu3Al5O12, (Y, Lu)3Al5O12, (Y, Gd)3Al5O12, and Al2O3 that at least one rare earth element selected from Ce, Eu, and Tb is diffused from the surface.
