PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a solidification treatment method capable of reducing the elution amount of selenium from solidification treatment soil.
SOLUTION : A solidification treatment method includes : a first process of adjusting solidifying material slurry by mixing water with a cement-based solidifying material including chlorine bypass dust; and a second process of solidifying soil by adding the solidifying material slurry to the soil. The water/solidifying material ratio of the solidifying material slurry is 60 mass% or higher. The content of selenium included in the cement-based solidifying material is 0.4-10.0 mg/kg. The content ratio of the chlorine bypass dust included in the cement-based solidifying material is 1-10 mass% in terms of inner percentage. In the second process, the solidifying material slurry is added to the soil so that the cement-based solidifying material included in the solidifying material slurry is 300 kg or more for 1 m3 of soil.
