PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a bulk RH diffusion source that reduces the consumption of the heavy rare earth element RH by increasing a throughput per unit volume during heating, and can reduce manufacturing cost for implementation of a mass-production scale by reusing a heavy rare earth element RH without using large-scale facilities nor new facilities, in a manufacturing method of improving HcJ of an R-T-B-based sintered magnet by supplying and diffusing the heavy rare earth element RH.
SOLUTION : A composition formula in mass% representation is expressed by RHa-bRLbFec-dMd, where RH is Dy, RL is Nd and/or Pr, and M is Co and/or Al, and contents consist of 45 mass%≤a≤75 mass%, 0 mass%≤b≤20 mass%, 25 mass%≤c≤55 mass%, 0 mass%≤d≤15 mass%, and inevitable impurities for the rest.
