PURPOSE : A reconstruction method of a seagrass habitat is provided to remarkably increase the survival rate of seagrass seeds by protecting the seagrass seeds from fish and rough tides.CONSTITUTION : A seagrass seed container with plural through-holes formed of a biodegradable material is prepared. The seagrass seed container is transferred to the seafloor of a seagrass stock earth. The seagrass seed container is fixed to one point around the seagrass colony for seagrass seeds discharged from the seagrass to fall into the seagrass seed container. The fallen seagrass seeds grow inside the seagrass seed container. The grown seagrass is transferred to the seafloor where the reconstruction is required with the container, and fixed to the seafloor. A natural moving net is installed on the bottom of the seagrass seed container.
