It is intended to provide a sheet preparation for external use and a sheet preparation set for external use which efficiently and continuously generate hydrogen at lower cost. The sheet preparations for external use 6, 7 and a sheet preparation set for external use comprise a sheet 3 having an adhesive on one surface thereof and arranged thereon, a hydrogen storage porous material. The hydrogen storage porous material is preferably at least one member selected from the group consisting of hydrogen storage burned coral calcium, hydrogen storage zeolite, hydrogen storage charcoal, hydrogen storage activated carbon, hydrogen storage maifan stone, hydrogen storage tourmaline, and hydrogen storage rare earth mineral ore. The hydrogen storage porous material is preferably a tablet 1 provided with a concave portion 2 for receiving an organic acid 5. Further, the hydrogen storage porous material is preferably in a paste, powder, or granule form. |
