PURPOSE : A neogenesis energy member producing apparatus through food waste and method are provided to reduce energy and water consumption by liquidizing odor steam into the circulation pump to water dispense. CONSTITUTION : A neogenesis energy member producing apparatus through food waste comprises the first food storing hopper(10), the first screw feeder(20), separator(30), crusher(40), the second screw feeder(50), odor removal(60), odor removal drug hopper(70), mixing driver(80), belt feeder(90), bucket elevator(100), the second food storing hopper(110), the second screw feeder(120), extruder(130), and hopper scale(140). The first screw feeder mixes the food waste with screw which ejected from the first food storing hopper, and transfers to the separator. The extruder compresses the dried food waste in the mold transferred from the third screw feeder, and mold to renewable energy member according to the purpose of user. The hopper scale automatically measures the amount of renewable energy member formed from the extruder, and ejects according to the measured amount.
