PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a simple method for removing a component of a rare earth magnet dissolved in a plating solution which causes poor plating when the rare earth magnet is plated.SOLUTION : A nickel electroplating solution in which rare earth impurities are dissolved is heated with a heat exchanger 7 for heating to 80°C or more to precipitate the rare earth impurities. The heated plating solution is then cooled with a heat exchanger 8 for cooling to a temperature for plating treatment followed by filtration with a filter 9 to separate and remove the precipitate of the rare earth impurities. The plating solution from which the rare earth impurities are separated and removed is returned to a plating bath 4 to perform plating treatment.COPYRIGHT : (C)2013, JPO&INPIT |
