The rack gear moves forwards and backwards by the operation of the piston of the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder moves the rack gear forwards and backwards within a certain interval. The idle pulley is stably operated regardless of the rack gear. The pinion gear rotates with a certain interval by the forward and backward movement of the rack gear while engaging with the rack gear. The holds are inserted into the ends of the supports. The holds are formed with a holding piece of a J-shape. The right and left hydraulic cylinders move the holds. |
