PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a reclamation material manufacturing device used for manufacturing a reclamation material which is formed by uniformly mixing a mixture of earth and sand and a segregation prevention agent. SOLUTION : The reclamation material manufacturing device is usde for manufacturing a reclamation material which is to be dropped under water by continuouslly mixing the mixture of earth and sand, which is formed by mixing earth and sand with a stabilizer, with the segregation prevention agent. The reclamation material manufacturing device is provided with a belt conveyor 50 and an injection means 60. The belt conveyor 50 transfers the mixture of earth and sand, and drops it at its termination, and the injection means 60 injects liquid in which the segregation prevention agent has been dissolved into the mixture of earth and sand which is dropped from the termination of the belt conveyor 50. The injection state of the liquid, in which the segregation prevention agent has been dissolved, from the injection means 60 is controlled by taking into consideration the cross section of the mixture of earth and sand at the time of its drop.
