Method on [p].1, which is characterized by the fact that before the introduction beside the fusion of powder wire with the modifying filler beside the fusion the powder wire with the filler for the preliminary working, which contain, [mas].%, additionally is introduced : calcium - 10÷40, barium - 0, 01÷25, silicon - 10÷60, iron - rest, the expenditure of filler for the preliminary working being 0, 5-6 kg/t of [rasplava].3.
